Separate sealed BIDS will be received for the DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS project by the TOWN OF FAUNSDALE in the FAUNSDALE TOWN
HALL AT 35527 ALABAMA HIGHWAY 25, FAUNSDALE, AL 36738 until 3:00 P.M.,
C.S.T, Thursday, January 6, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read
aloud.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of HSA
ENGINEERS, INC. located at #1 SATTERFIELD STREET, SELMA, ALABAMA 36701,
(334) 875-1960, meredith.hsaeng@gmail.com upon payment of $100.00 for each set.
All BIDDERS submitting a bonafide bid who return Plans and Specifications to
ENGINEER, in useable condition, within 10 days of the bid opening will receive a full
refund. Non-bidders will receive no refunds.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each biddermust deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of and subject to the
conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of
employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract,
Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246.
No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening
thereof.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on December 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the
Community Center located across from the Faunsdale Town Hall on Alabama
Highway 25. Bidder’s attendance is not required but encouraged.
