Project Overview:
The Redevelop Bayou La Batre City Docks project is an economic development project for the City of Bayou La Batre, Alabama. The project’s design meets a multitude of uses for the community including facilitating seafood sales from boat to public, creation of a venue for open-air markets and event, construction of a full-service marina building with leasable floating docks, and construction of a multi-lane boat launch with supporting parking, roadways and utility infrastructure that supports all developed areas of the site. 730 calendar days are allowed for the construction of the project.
