Integrated Pest Maintenance Services

HABD is soliciting bids from qualified Pest Control Contractors. The contractor must render quality pest control services and provide a pest-free environment for residents, employees, and visitors to the housing communities and business offices. The Contractor shall provide extermination services for approximately 13 housing communities. In addition to the residential units, the Contractor will also provide monthly treatment at the two administrative buildings (Central Office and McCoy Building), 13 on-site management offices, on-site maintenance facility buildings, and 12 Community Centers located at the listed Housing Communities.
