On-Call HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

HABD is seeking bids from qualified and licensed firms/individuals to provide the Authority with HVAC/ MECHANICAL related work including, but not limited to, repairing, removing, and replacing HVAC/ MECHANICAL gas packs, split systems, rooftop units, mini-splits, heat pumps, chillers, and hot water. In addition, rooftop-related work includes crane usage-related work which includes but is not limited to rooftop setting of equipment, condensers, pumping equipment, holding tank, and pump repair and installation. Work may be in the interior or exterior of a building, including yards as well as routine, emergency, after-hours, and holiday service calls, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
