HABD seeks assistance with a contractor for an on-site employee training center. The training sought under this engagement shall consist of courses (i.e., one-hour, half-day, full-day, 2-4 half-day sessions, one-day sessions, etc.) based on the courses provided. The curriculum must be customizable to the needs of Public Housing Authorities (PHAs). The goal is to have on-site trainers train and educate PHA employees, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
