Birmingham Housing Authority Group Health Insurance

HABD is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide health (medical) and/or dental insurance services for all eligible full-time HABD employees. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering comprehensive insurance solutions, including all summary plan descriptions, informational booklets, and enrollment forms. Additionally, the firm must facilitate initial employee meetings, support continued group coverage and conversion options, and provide full administrative services for a Section 125 cafeteria plan. Firms may submit proposals for medical insurance, dental insurance, or both.
